There are 3 stages to what we do:
Initial assessment
We start with an initial assessment to find out the current situation of your company, then set up a series of 1–4 meetings with you. In these meetings, we will go through what we discovered in the initial assessment, your objectives, and any possible obstacles to growth. We will then spar with you and help you find the solutions to address those issues. Together, we will come up with a clear plan for success!
Goals and direction
Our easy-to-follow plan includes defining your business objectives. Together, we will set clear metrics for success and guide you in using them to monitor your achievements. The clarity of the plan will make it easier to achieve your goals.
Sales and marketing
Sales and marketing know-how can open new doors! We can help develop the sales and marketing pitch for your business by providing you with ideas, inspiration, guidelines and practical advice. We can also help you find a marketing partner if you need one.
What does the initial assessment include?
Business Model Canvas
Business Model Canvas is a visual tool that helps outline the different aspects of what your company does. It covers customer segments, value creation, channels, customer relationships, key resources, partners, cost structure and revenue streams. This will help you understand how you create value for your customers and how your company distinguishes itself from the competition.
SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats)
A SWOT analysis helps you identify your company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Strengths can then be developed further, weaknesses improved upon, opportunities taken to create strategies for growth, and threats addressed to protect your current market position.
Other aspects of business environment
This section covers trends, competitors and other external factors. Identifying trends helps the company to keep up to date and adapt to changes. Analyzing the competition helps you understand how other players operate and how you can distinguish yourself from them.
Meetings and assignments
We will organise 1–4 meetings to go through the initial assessment in detail together, with you and brainstorm ideas. You will also receive assignments to do outside the sessions to help you deepen your understanding and develop your skills further.
