Katja works at Posintra as a business developer, focusing particularly on clients who are planning to start a business or are in the early stages of their business operations.

Katja has extensive experience advising new entrepreneurs and developing the national network of Enterprise Agencies. In addition to advising aspiring entrepreneurs, she has gained expertise in areas such as business ownership transitions, corporate financing, and quality management.

Katja is motivated by the opportunity to help entrepreneurs clarify their ideas, make informed decisions, and build sustainable businesses.

At Posintra, Katja works part-time (primarily Wednesday to Friday), focusing specifically on advising new entrepreneurs.

Coaching both new entrepreneurs and established businesses, Tanja is a people-oriented and approachable business developer who is passionate about the customer experience. She helps and guides you through the process of starting a business (e.g. business plans, financial calculations, permits, notifications, insurance) as well as the profitability, sales and marketing of an existing business. Tanja is a native of Porvoo, so she has business experience in Porvoo and the surrounding area! In addition, she comes from an entrepreneurial family and has been familiar with the daily life of an entrepreneur since childhood.

Her main source of motivation is the success of customers and companies. In her free time, she recharges her batteries with a good muscle workout, as well as in the company of friends and family or on long walks.

Karin is a financial professional who wants to be part of making clients’ dreams come true by improving the way companies currently operate or by helping them find new ideas. This soft-skilled business scientist works on the Balanssi project, where she develops corporate responsibility skills. She also works as a business consultant and advisor to start-ups and established businesses. Leadership and well-being at work are topics Karin can never get enough of.

Karin derives positive energy from thinking big and insightfully challenging her clients!

Tiina supports companies that want to grow and develop towards planned implementations and helps to find the common thread! She has a keen eye for future opportunities. Tiina is the sales, marketing, conceptualization and productization guru, and she also has expertise in responsible business in the WeCircle project. Tiina’s superpowers are empathy, holistic management and data orientation.

New learning, challenges and versatility bring power and energy to her work! In her free time she recharges her batteries with family, sports and nature.

Jenni is passionate about environmental responsibility. She supports companies in promoting their own sustainability work and developing sustainable business, for example through the Balanssi project. Jenni’s goal is to increase corporate responsibility and help companies identify opportunities for sustainable development and green transition.

Jenni is energized by the development of her own work. Family, friends, nature and exercise are also sources of energy for her.

Anna’s core competence is a multifaceted approach to corporate sustainability from different perspectives. As a project manager and business developer, she helps companies identify the environmental impacts of their own operations, develop their activities in a more sustainable direction and identify new, profitable business opportunities! She is also involved in the development of the Co2Jump Climate Partnership Program, which sets clear targets for companies’ climate work.

Anna feels that she is doing meaningful work in line with her values, which gives her energy for everyday life. In her free time, she recharges her batteries with people she cares about, a good night’s sleep, sunshine, and hobbies.

Jenni works at Posintra as a business developer and team leader for the business services. She enjoys working with diverse people and stakeholders, building comprehensive solutions, and engaging in strategic marketing and communications. She is particularly motivated by sustainable development and fostering growth.

Jenni’s strengths include communication, creative problem-solving, and teamwork. She is inspired by continuous learning, collaboration, new challenges, and developing business operations toward sustainable growth. To balance her work, Jenni draws energy from her family and loved ones, exercise, and good movies. She usually has some chill jazz or bossa nova playing while she works.

Tarmo is an expert in industrial investments and project development whose strength lies in combining process understanding, techno-economics, and project management to provide practical support for decision-making.

At Posintra, Tarmo serves as a senior specialist on the VesiKilpi project and supports the project’s objectives through analysis, modeling, and stakeholder collaboration.

Tarmo has a broad background in development work in the renewable energy and process industries, as well as solid experience in preparing industrial investment projects and managing projects.

He has also worked extensively in research and development and possesses special expertise in scaling processes and technologies, conducting techno-economic analyses of projects, and structuring investment packages into clear roadmaps.

Tarmo helps turn projects into clear and feasible initiatives in collaboration with companies and networks.

In his free time, Tarmo spends time with his family, stays active in various ways, and relaxes by playing the guitar and enjoying music.

As a business developer, Annika is particularly passionate about networking and discussing different business opportunities with clients. She offers valuable peer support to entrepreneurs, as she has a good understanding of the different stages of entrepreneurship and everyday life thanks to her personal entrepreneurial experience. Annika has also been the coordinator of the Posintra service reform.

Achieving goals together with others brings positive energy to Annika’s work! Being outdoors year-round recharges her batteries, gives her space to think, and balances her mind.

In her work, Leena is a tenacious innovator and solution finder who believes that challenges are made to be solved. Her work consists mainly of various aspects of project work – ideation, preparation, implementation and reporting. She also participates in various working groups and enjoys networking with other stakeholders. Leena is also responsible for maintaining and continuously improving Posintra’s ISO9001 quality management system.

Learning and developing new things is what keeps her energetic at work. Leena also solves mysteries in her spare time as she is an avid fan of detective stories. She also enjoys going to the gym, gardening and spending time with her loved ones.

Topi’s strength lies in leading and implementing Posintra’s regional development work and building clear and focused projects. As Regional Development Manager, Topi plans development projects, writes their funding applications and helps companies and public sector actors with public procurement. Topi actively participates in regional development networks, Porvoo’s lobbying and works in support networks for municipal leaders in Uusimaa, both regionally and provincially.

His work is stimulated by his colleagues and numerous expert networks both in Finland and abroad. In his free time, Topi enjoys playing the drums, relaxing by cooking and building with Lego for meditative moments.

CEO Fredrik’s core competencies include leadership, business opportunities in the climate market and deep experience in commercialization and financing at national and international level. He leads our expert organization supporting the active business community in the Porvoo region. As a business developer himself, Fredrik is passionate about helping companies succeed, especially through networking and project work.

Fredrik is passionate about finding new business opportunities, seeing colleagues succeed and helping entrepreneurs succeed. In his spare time, Fredrik draws strength from friends and Finland’s four great seasons.
