Balanssi – SMEs for sustainable growth

Peter has strong business expertise in developing the various stages of the business life cycle. In particular, Peter is the go-to person for business plan and corporate finance advice. He provides sparring and business advice to both start-ups and existing entrepreneurs, as well as sustainability sparring to companies participating in the Co2Jump project. Peter is at his best in customer service situations, where he is always able to approach customers with genuine kindness.

New and interesting business ideas bring positive energy to work! In his spare time, this tenor sings beautifully in a choir and can also be seen behind the wheel of a motorhome anywhere in Europe!

Jenni is passionate about environmental responsibility. She supports companies in promoting their own sustainability work and developing sustainable business, for example through the Balanssi project. Jenni’s goal is to increase corporate responsibility and help companies identify opportunities for sustainable development and green transition.

Jenni is energized by the development of her own work. Family, friends, nature and exercise are also sources of energy for her.

Anna’s core competence is a multifaceted approach to corporate sustainability from different perspectives. As a project manager and business developer, she helps companies identify the environmental impacts of their own operations, develop their activities in a more sustainable direction and identify new, profitable business opportunities! She is also involved in the development of the Co2Jump Climate Partnership Program, which sets clear targets for companies’ climate work.

Anna feels that she is doing meaningful work in line with her values, which gives her energy for everyday life. In her free time, she recharges her batteries with people she cares about, a good night’s sleep, sunshine, and hobbies.

Karin on rahoitusalan ammattilainen, joka haluaa olla mukana toteuttamassa asiakkaiden unelmia kehittämällä yritysten nykyistä toimintaa tai tukea uusien ideoiden löytämistä. Tämä pehmeäarvoinen kauppatieteilijä työskentelee Balanssi-hankkeen parissa, jossa hän kehittää yritysten vastuullisuusosaamista. Lisäksi hän toimii yritysneuvojana sekä alkavien
että toimivien yritysten ja yrittäjien kanssa. Johtamiseen ja työhyvinvoinnin kehittämiseen liittyvät asiat ovat teemoja, joista Karin ei koskaan saa tarpeekseen.
