We asked our customers and stakeholders about how they view our services. We wanted to know how our clients feel we have succeeded – what we have done well and what we should improve.

We sent two Net Promoter Score surveys focused on slightly different points to our customers. The surveys focused on either business advisory services or project work. The response rate for the surveys was very good and we got some excellent feedback, and we will continue developing our operations accordingly. Thank you!

The NPS for Posintra’s business advisory services is currently +80 and for project work +85.
