Development company Posintra Oy and the City of Porvoo are taking part in the international LUCIA – Lighting the Baltic Sea Region project. Our LUCIA project studies, develops and implements sustainable and smart urban lighting solutions in the Baltic Sea Region. On 28 September 2020 at 1 pm–3:30 pm, the LUCIA seminar will be held at the Art Factory in Porvoo, both as a local and online event. In this seminar, we will hear about and discuss the observations and experiences that have emerged about urban lighting during the project, and we will also learn what is happening in Porvoo in relation to the LUCIA project.
The primary target audiences of the LUCIA seminar are the operators working with urban lighting systems. The objective of the event is to support the work of planning officers and experts working with municipal or urban infrastructure and land use. The representatives of energy companies, private sector’s specialists working in the development and planning of urban lighting, the field’s R&D and innovation operators as well as the field’s decision-makers are all part of our target group.
